Contino Blanco (D.O.Ca. Rioja) is made from whole grapes that are destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks for several hours. After pressing, the wine ferments for 20 days. Half of the wine is then aged in stainless steel, and the other half in new barrels for ten months.
The final wine is creamy, smooth, and full of flavors like white fruit, flowers, spices, nuts, and a hint of toast from the barrels.
