Disfrutand 0.0 is the result of a very careful dealcoholization process, carried out in a specially designed facility within the winery, of the Verdejo variety wine made with this sole objective: to achieve a quality white wine that maintains the original character of the wine it comes from. Vinification, dealcoholization, and subsequent storage in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature until bottling.

Citrus aromas with a touch of lime and white flowers. Dry floral finishes with jasmine qualities. To enjoy all its flavor, it is recommended to consume at a temperature around 6 ºC.

Ideal to accompany fish, seafood, salads, pasta, cheeses, and rice dishes.
