Following the traditional oxidative aging system of criaderas/soleras of the “Condado de Huelva”, it is left to rest and evolve in 600 liter bocoyes of American oak together with the 100 year old “mothers”, in peace, silence and harmony.

Description

Amber, coppery hue typical of the variety and oxidation.

Tertiary aromas due to aging, dried figs, toasted almonds, whiskey are very present. High aromatic intensity, to enjoy and recreate. Finish on the nose with hints of apricot jam.

Warm, full-bodied entry. Very enveloping, greasy and unctuous. Soft presence of very tamed wood that contributes to the composition gaining personality.

Perfect companion for an entire meal, we can start with heavy appetizers such as foie or a cheese board and continue with a fish stew or red meat. Fantastic to enjoy after dinner, to stop and appreciate each note of aroma or charm that escapes this careful and legendary family wine. Served at room temperature of 14ºC.

The service temperature should be between 12-14 ºC.
