Description

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes come from the property's low-yield vineyard and are harvested in perfect health by night-time mechanical harvesting. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for approximately 25 days with a controlled temperature of around 15ºC. Once the fermentation process is finished, the wine remains in a refrigerated tank and in contact with its lees until bottling.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has great aromatic potential for tropical fruits such as mango, passion fruit, pineapple and passion fruit. Well-marked acidity, with nerve, good tension and great balance. Elegant, persistent and long refreshing aftertaste.
