Description

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard and then in the winery on a selection table. The fermentation of the must takes place in French and American oak barrels, remaining there for a period of 6 months in permanent contact with its lees and with periodic batonnage. The wine then rests in a stainless steel tank until bottling. Before going on the market, the wine will be aged in the bottle for 12 months.

Yellow wine with an elegant and complex nose. It stands out for its aromas of hay, ripe fruit, flowers and dry earth, and notes of pastries, vanilla and fruits that are reminiscent of peach, nectarine or dried apricot. In the mouth it is broad, tasty, and unctuous, where the minerals, the barrel and a small amount of residual sugar appear on the palate, leaving a very pleasant palate. Herbaceous, refreshing flavors with citrus notes and marine memories. Very persistent
