D.O. RIAS BAIXAS
Dionisos Albariño 2021 is a fresh, aromatic and tasty single varietal from Rías Baixas that pays tribute to the Greek deity of wine.
A very aromatic Albariño, made in the Rías Baixas D.O., specifically in the county of Tea, the area bathed by the river of the same name and located near the Portuguese border.
O Deus Dionisos is born in vineyards located on clay soils, where the vines grow on a vine, a traditional conduction system - high and horizontal - where the clusters are suspended.
Once harvested by hand, the work continues in the winery, with fermentation in steel tanks at low temperatures (to enhance the aromas).
For the Greeks and Romans (with their version of this god in Bacchus), Dionysus symbolized fun and recreation. Now O Deus Dionysus is presented to mortals as the best accompaniment to rest from the daily whirlwind.
