Straw yellow in color with lemon reflections, it is clean, bright and with a slight bubble that shows its youth. Clean and intense, aromas of ripe fruit (pineapple, passion fruit, melon and water pear), citrus (grapefruit), floral and light fresh herbaceous aromas. In the mouth it is broad and aromatic, unctuous, with a fruity load, fresh and balanced, with long fruity persistence. Cleans retronasal passage where pleasant bitter notes appear.

Ideal with seafood, fish, white meats, rice, fresh cheeses...
Pedro Madruga: noble Galician warrior, feudal knight in Galicia at the end of the 15th century - and whose victories are largely attributed to his habit of getting up early - stars in perhaps the most epic chronicle ever told, in an exciting historical setting.
