The maceration and fermentation of each grape variety is carried out separately in small temperature-controlled tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. Afterward, the wine spends 18 months in new French and American oak barrels, which contributes to its complexity and elegance.
In the glass, it has a picota color with a garnet rim. The nose reveals a potent aroma of black fruits, toasted notes, and balsamic hints. On the palate, it is complex and well-structured, with a velvety and mature feel. The entry is smooth and the finish long and persistent, with toasted notes, cocoa, and spices. The wine is balanced and harmonious, with a delicious taste and an elegant finish defined by the “sweetness” of noble tannins from very ripe fruit, showing its bottling potential.
