Description

Dry white wine made with the Moorish Moscatel variety (Muscatel de Gran Menudo). Variety perfectly adapted to the geography of the north of Malaga, allowing for maximum quality cultivation for the production of sweet, fresh, young wines with high intensity and complexity.

Vineyards of Almargen, an area of ​​mountains north of Malaga, with cold winters, which favor the rest of the vine and summers of heat and high hours of sunshine, and cool nights that favor good ripening of the grapes, in excellent health conditions. .
The soil is sandy loam in nature with a coarse texture.

The grapes used have been carefully treated in the field, maintaining a perfect balance between the plant and the grape, obtaining a harvest of very high quality.

Harvest selected in the vineyard, in individual boxes of 10-15 kg, is processed in the winery and fermented at low temperature, to protect all its organoleptic characteristics.
