From a blend of suitable apple varieties and following traditional methods, a must is obtained which, after alcoholic fermentation, results in a natural cider. Once fermentation is complete, the process undergoes reverse osmosis, through which, using appropriate membranes, the alcohol is separated while preserving all its organoleptic characteristics.
