The vineyards are planted in schist, clay (xabre), and granite soils. It is a monovarietal wine made solely from Albariño. The process involves a soft pressing after pre-maceration. Controlled temperature fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with the use of wild yeasts. The wine is a blend of two tanks, one of which is worked on lees and undergoes malolactic fermentation.
It is intense on the nose and complex, with notes of stone fruits, flowers, citrus, and vegetal hints.
This wine shows great complexity, freshness, and a long and pleasant finish.
