Description

Elaborated with artisan techniques, Las Cepas de Paco El Reflejo is spontaneously fermented in Georgian Qvevri and aged for 6 months on its lees in the same clay vessels, followed by another 6 months in old Manzanilla barrels. This wine features intense minerality, with layers of citrus fruits, stone fruit, and intriguing spicy notes like curry. The extraordinary persistence on the palate makes it ideal for pairing with rich dishes such as lobster, mushrooms, truffles, or aged cheeses.
