Technical details:

  • Region: DOC Sicilia (Italy)
  • Farming: Certified organic
  • Soil: Clay-limestone with red sand
  • Winemaking: Steel fermentation + 6 months in barrel
  • Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
  • Serving temp: 16-18°C (61-64°F)

Tasting notes:

Deep ruby color with garnet reflections. Vibrant aromas of black cherries, pomegranate and Mediterranean herbs (thyme, rosemary). Fresh and juicy palate, with rounded tannins and a mineral finish with black pepper notes.
