Aged red wine made with Petit Verdot (70%), Syrah (20%) and Tintilla de Rota (10%), from certified organic farming. The harvest is manual and at night, guaranteeing the freshness of the grapes. Each variety is fermented separately in 2000L stainless steel tanks and then aged in 225L American oak barrels. After a few months in barrel and bottle, the wine is bottled without filtering or clarifying. Intense ruby red in color, with aromas of black fruit, bay leaf, cocoa, spices and balsamic touches. In the mouth, it has medium acidity, balanced tannins, black fruit and smoky notes.
