Borboleta is one of the wines from Sevilla. On the nose, it gives a striking impression, as it is made with 90% Tempranillo, though you can also detect the black fruit aromas from the Cabernet (8%).

What stands out about Borboleta is its roundness when you taste it. At first, it is fresh—without being overly acidic—with fruity notes. Just when you think the tasting experience is ending, hints of anise emerge, tempting you to pour another glass.
