Bodegas Morca is located in Borja, Zaragoza, and is the project of Juan Gil Bodegas Familiares and Gil Vera in Campo de Borja.
The grapes for Godina Garnacha come from small parcels with low yields. These parcels are harvested by hand, and the grapes are fermented separately in small stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is then transferred into French oak barrels to complete malolactic fermentation, where it remains for 15 months of aging. Afterward, each barrel is tasted, and through careful selection, a limited production of this wine is made.
This purple-colored wine offers refinement and elegance, with moderate intensity aromas of spices, licorice, plums, and subtle floral and toasted notes. The mature tannins provide a silky texture in the mouth, with exceptional purity, well-balanced, and a long finish.
