After a careful selection of the estate's vineyards, it is aged for 15 months in medium-toast American oak barrels, one and two years old. The wine gains power and structure, with the complexity contributed by the unique characteristics of each plot integrating harmoniously with the aromas derived from aging.
Ruby color, medium-high intensity.
On the nose, it presents medium-high intensity with attractive balsamic aromas and wild aromatic herbs, accompanied by dark forest fruits such as blackberries, mulberries, and black currants. Black currant leaves and black plum are wrapped in hints of licorice stick.
On the palate, it is succulent and powerful, with excellent acidity. Balsamic notes reappear, along with eucalyptus and a delightful touch of black pepper. A broad and persistent wine.
