The complexity of Solideo comes from the uniqueness of the grapes with which it is made – a special blend of 85% Tempranillo, 12% Cabernet, and 3% Albillo – and from a careful aging of 24 months in American and French oak barrels.
The estate is organically farmed: the grandfather's vineyard, which is over 90 years old.

Intense ruby color. High layer.

On the nose, balsamic aromas stand out, along with eucalyptus, dill, and wild aromatic herbs. As it opens up in the glass, black fruit aromas, such as currant, blackberry, and black cherry, as well as spicy notes of licorice, delicate toasted hints, and earthy undertones emerge.

The mouthfeel is very fresh and balanced. The fantastic acidity integrates into a complex palate, with a persistent finish and a long-lasting aftertaste.
