Description

Its name pays tribute to Aurora Mañanos Jauffré, a renowned cuplet player and dancer, nicknamed "La Goya".

She was the one who in 1918 allowed the winery to use her stage name for its star chamomile.

Furthermore, in 2004 this manzanilla was selected for the wedding of the Kings of Spain, Don Felipe de Borbón and Doña Letizia Ortiz and was later chosen by the tasting committee of the Regulatory Council of the DO Manzanilla de Sanlúcar for the commemoration of the bicentennial of the "La Pepa" Constitution.
