Description

Made with the Tinta fina variety that has remained for 21 months in new French oak barrels. The north orientation and strong exposure to the wind should make this cold slope a slow and late evolution of the grape. But due to the characteristics of its soil, a mixture of sandy loam and clay with abundant pebbles, they allow ripening to be advanced by balancing the graduation with the polyphenolic composition.
