Description

The first thing that stands out is that this is a non-vintage wine, and the second is that it is made from a blend of white Atlantic varieties of national origin. After an initial fermentation in the winery, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in 300-litre tanks under the sea in the surroundings of the French town of Saint-Jean-de-Luz for several months, thus acquiring a series of saline, iodine and seaweed notes that can be appreciated later in the tasting. A real rarity that we invite you to discover.

Description
