Anxo Martín, a mythological being half man and half fish, resides in the deep parts of the Miño River, guardian of its treasures. This beautiful and magical newt leaves its lair and takes human form to seduce the youth that returns from it under the moonlight on the night of San Juan.
Treixadura, Loureira and Albariño generate a harmonious balance. It is first aged for 6 months on the lees and batonage; a second reduction of another 6 months in stainless steel before being bottled.
Medium-high intensity, complex with fruity notes of apple and plum, magnolia-type white flowers, also fennel and rosemary, all wrapped with an unctuous note derived from aging on lees and with a mineral finish typical of treixadura.
Creamy mouthfeel with volume and length. Very glyceric. In the retronasal aromatic herbs and white flowers stand out.
Perfect pairing with grilled fish, baked scallops or risotto.
